Shipping

We ship everywhere around the world. Free shipping on all orders above USD 179.

​

All orders are delivered by courier. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, although it's often shorter.

You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.

 

We ship the majority of our orders from Zurich, Switzerland.

At times we also ship from within other countries if we happen to carry inventory there.

PLEASE NOTE > that local charges  -  sales tax, customs duty  - may occur depending on your region and local customs duties.

These charges are at the customer's own expense.

 

Returns

 

Please contact info@themata.ch before returning any items!

​

​We will send you a return label to use for the return shipment to our fulfillment warehouse.

You can return any full-price Swktu item within 30 days of receiving the order,

provided that the items are unused and in original condition, with all original packaging.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

A flat rate of USD $15 per item will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.

For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.

We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded or pre-ordered items sold at a discount;

although naturally there are exceptions where we've made a mistake.

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Swktu reserves the right to charge you

a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
 

Exchanges

​

We don’t operate a standard exchange service.

If you want to order a different item, just place a new order in our online shop.

We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning qualifies for a return

and is unused and in new condition, with all original packaging.

Please contact info@thema.ch before you send us anything to avoid additional costs like import taxes on the returned item.

We will send you a return label for the original item.

For your return a flat rate of USD 15 will apply and will be added to the price of the new order.
